If you are unable to visit us in person, you're welcome to ship your wig for service.

Before Shipping:

Secure your wig inside a plastic bag.

Place the plastic bag inside a sturdy shipping box or poly mailers.

Include your full name, phone number, email address, and order number inside the package.

If you are sending more than 1 item, please label each.

Shipping Address

The shipping address will be provided once you have placed your order.

Return Shipping

Once your service is complete, your wig will be shipped back using the same shipping method. Tracking information will be sent via email once your package has been dispatched.
Turnaround times begin once your wig is received.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a carrier that provides tracking.

If additional repairs are needed beyond the service booked, you will be contacted for approval before work begins.
